we have permissions for the "add event" page set to yes for "guests", meaning everybody can see this, but still get a "403 action forbidden" error message.
We want to allow anybody to add an event, but not have this auto-published so that we can keep control on what is actually published.
    Were are we going wrong?

    Hi Elenna,

I guess we have fixed it for you. We will release this plugin with fixes ASAP.

Great, thanks. If you are going to release an updated version, it would be a good idea to include email notification to site admins for a new event either published or submitted for publication, whether auto-published or not. This is one of these things that busy site admins would easily overlook, while especially an auto-published system could result in stuff being published that shouldn't be. As we found out on another site...

Thank you. PLease also see ticket nr #HAL-315-83699 regarding the Google maps integration for the same plugin. As with the Google maps for listings in the YP package, you have the same problem here. Many European countries operate an addressing system which is not compatible with the Google system, resulting in the automatic finding of the correct location NOT working. PLEASE allow for the manual positioning of the map marker by the admins of a site using this plugin, as you did with the Google maps plugin. As it stands, the lack of proper positioning of the marker on the map makes the whole, otherwise very useful plugin, worthless.

ok, thanks. How can we do this NOW on the plugin installed on our site. It is really important we get this sorted asap.... Where is the code for the Google map (default location, zoom factor etc.) in the events plugin. We should be able to add this functionality there, no?
