Are you still in Business - Waiting full week now for install

    Seven days ago I sent you my ftp info via support ticket #ZSS-492-47011
    so you could install my script per your request. I have since sent another ticket and five response to my original ticket all without a single response from you.

    Are you going to install this for me or not. If not send me the files I will do it myself.

    Please try again submit new ticket to support.Team has about ~10 people
    a, us users it is a large group :)
    A little patience,not hurt.

    I'm sorry for the late reply here. Working with you through the ticket system

    It took a while to sort all tickets - we were working on the new version releases, then weekend and finally our ISP was a real pain during last few days.

    Anyway, now if you have any problems - please report in helpdesk.
