Does anyone know how to fix this Special Features Bug for listings??!!

This is a new one I recently discovered, in the special features field in the admin panel, I added 98 special features but for some reason I can only select a certain amount of them to be visible on the listing profile page. I can only select 39 of the 98 but it's not just any 39 out of the 98, it's only the first 39 I can select and when I press save they actually stay clicked. Anything after the first 39 that I click, it doesn't stay clicked when I press save and therefore it doesn't appear on my listing. Even when I move the ones around that don't work and place them up higher so that they are in the top 39 that were working....it still doesn't work and the very first 39, no matter where I move them are the only ones that work...

I wonder does anybody else have this issue or have had this issue and was able to fix it....please let me know because it's driving me nuts....(I will provide screenshot to further explain.)

I have the link for you to test the issue on the site I was telling you about yesterday. http://www.straightswap.net/classifieds/ You just need to create a profile, create a listing and then try to add all the additional features to that listing then you will see that it's not working. Wow that's brilliant, thanks for your help. I was wondering would you be able to help me with a few other issues. I have a report ad mod on my site also but it's only on the listing page, but it's not on the members page....do you know how I'd be able to get that on it aswell??

I'm sorry I don't quite understand, I create a block and what piece of smarty code do I add in to make the block recognise that it's a report ad block to get it to show up on the members profile?

And also why isn't Andrew G answering the live chat and how come he isn't replying to my ticket even though he said he was going to yesterday?

I tried to create a block but it didn't work......can you please tell Andrew to get in contact with me seriously this is getting to be beyond a joke now....I haven't slept yet because I am waiting for him to reply and for the past 2 days I haven't slept properly because I was told by him that he was going to reply but still nothing......can you please tell him to reply!!
