Hello all, I've been looking for ages, testing several different platforms to create a Wikipedia style platform for the use by a small team of IT engineers to record daily tasks that other engineers can follow. With the ability to password protect pages, give engineers the ability to add guides to certain topics or pages, and have it public facing, so we can send a guide to a client and have them do follow the guide. All very powerful Management systems, all with their own features and downfalls, that bringing them together would be exactly what I need. The closet one I found was Subrion. Fast, easy to navigate, clean and had the ability to lock down certain pages, but didn't make it very easy to add posts to certain topics or pages, much like a blog. Am I out of my depth here? Have I reached the maximum functionality of the CMS's that I've tried? is there anything out there that can do what I want to achieve? Thank you.
