    Hey guys!

    We are preparing a new default template for next Subrion version (3.4 maybe). It will be based on Bootstrap 3.x.

    And we wanted to ask our community a few questions:
    1. What would you like it to have? Eg: social links, back to top button, sticky navbar or something else? Color/Theme switcher? Maybe some kind of additional components like cards, flyout mobile menu...
    2. We have an idea to make a configuration option for a template that will allow to switch home page from content layout (left/right columns and center content, blocks and etc.) to presentation layout (vertical sections). Presentation layout would be good for static websites or corporate business to show main features of a company. Just like on this websites:
    * http://jeewagroups.com/a/
    * http://html5up.net/uploads/demos/spectral/
    * http://html5up.net/uploads/demos/photon/

    Presentation sections will be predefined in styles, you will need just to change its content.

    What do you think?
    Also, all suggestion are welcome and we are open to any feature requests.

    Thank you!

    By the way, now you can change header background in admin panel by uploading your own image.

    Could you please put attention to inventory, main and footer menus as they are messy and do not changes menu when view on iPhone/tablet.

    I think so that you need to change something for field-type-content-xxx.tpl because that all fields comes the same and for example it is hard to do some modifications on complete new registration page.
    I don't talk about mod that to change color or add some bold text. I talk about that when you buy nice HTML template and want to dress up.

    Could you please add Tooltips and help blocks for fields?

    Hi @tomukasteris !
    Template will be fully mobile friendly.

    This is related to the core itself and not just template. Anyway you can always create your own registration page by modifying this file: registration.tpl

    This is also related to the core and we will definitely add this features in next versions.

    Thanks!

    For example registration.tpl file contains only to auto generate password fields.
    How I can add for example username, full name and other fields in to registration.tpl file for custom view modification? And how I will all attributes like name, id?

    @tomukasteris ,

    This is pretty easy to do. We are really sorry for lack of documentation on this.

    Here is an example:

    PHP:
    <form method="post">
                <div class="control-group">
                    <label class="control-label" for="field_email">
                        {lang key='reg_your_email_addr'}: <span class="required">*</span>
                    </label>
                    <div class="controls">
                        <input class="input-block-level" type="text" name="email" id="field_email"{if isset($smarty.post.email)} value="{$smarty.post.email|escape:'html'}"{/if}>
                    </div>
                </div>

                <div class="row-fluid js-pwd">
                    <div class="span6">
                        <div class="control-group clearfix">
                            <label class="control-label" for="field_password">
                                {lang key='password'}: <span class="required">*</span>
                            </label>
                            <div class="controls">
                                <div class="control-group">
                                    <input class="reg__pwd" type="password" name="password" id="field_password"{if isset($smarty.post.password)} value="{$smarty.post.password|escape:'html'}"{/if}>
                                </div>
                            </div>
                        </div>
                    </div>
                    <div class="span6">
                        <label class="control-label">
                            <i>{lang key='reg_password_strength'}</i>
                        </label>
                        <div class="controls pwd-field js-pwd-field"></div>
                    </div>
                </div>

                <div class="row-fluid reg__names">
                    <div class="span6">
                        <div class="control-group">
                            <label class="control-label" for="field_firstname">
                                {lang key='field_first_name'}: <span class="required">*</span>
                            </label>
                            <div class="controls">
                                <input class="input-block-level" type="text" name="first_name" id="field_firstname"{if isset($smarty.post.first_name)} value="{$smarty.post.first_name|escape:'html'}"{/if}>
                            </div>
                        </div>
                    </div>
                    <div class="span6">
                        <label class="control-label" for="field_lastname">
                            {lang key='field_last_name'}: <span class="required">*</span>
                        </label>
                        <div class="controls">
                            <input class="input-block-level" type="text" name="last_name" id="field_lastname"{if isset($smarty.post.last_name)} value="{$smarty.post.last_name|escape:'html'}"{/if}>
                        </div>
                    </div>
                </div>
    ...
    </form>

    And remove:
    PHP:
    {include file='field-type-content-fieldset.tpl' item_sections=$sections item=$tmp}
    That is it.
    Andrew_G. and Dayir_A. like this.
    1. I would love the option to have a sticky navbar (turn it on or off).
    2. I was drawn to the Navi template, I love the 'headline bubbles'.
    3. Expand Style switcher to include ability for members to change the main background as well.
    4. Easier to use gallery with zoom in options, meant for customers to use.
