    Now, this is confusing....

Description: "Language files importer from Transifex localization platform."

    When installed: "Upload file"

So, what does this plugin do, import files from the Transifex platform, or upload files to the Transifex platform?

I conclude today the translation into the Brazilian Portuguese language because the file available on the Transifex site is not very consistent. However, when importing my CSV file, all the phrases with accentuation were cut in the first accentuated character on.

I noticed that in other language files in the Transifex site, such as French, Italian and Spanish, there are accentuated words in the phrases. I wonder if there is any guidance for me to import the CSV file correctly with accents like: á, é, ó, ção, ções, among others.

Error solved: was the codification of the CSV file. Converting it to UTF-8 was the solution. I'm sending the file to Transifex in order to help another Brazilian users of this greate CMS.

    Greetings @salamatnz ,

Yesterday we've updated the Transifex plugin for 4.0 version of the Subrion CMS. You can see it here:

Please follow the instructions below in order to import any language from transifex to your site via Transifex plugin:
    1) install the Transifex plugin. Instruction on how to install plugin can be found here:
    2) go to and register. Then log into the Transifex system.
    3) go to -> choose the needed language and click on it
    4) click on 'sbr330_language.csv' link
    5) click on 'Download for usage?' link (download-for-usage-link.png file attached).
    6) log into your Subrion Admin Panel -> System -> Languages -> New Language (at the top right) -> fill the fields in the following way:
    a) Iso should contain 2 characters like en, fr, ru and etc.
    b) Title should contain your language title,
    c) Locale should be like en_US (for English in USA) or ru_RU (for Russian in Russia) and etc. Locales list can be found here: or here:
    d) Direction - most often it's left to right
    e) Status - active
    cilck on 'Add' button
    7) go to Extensions -> Transifex -> click on the 'Upload' button in the 'Upload file' field -> upload file that you downloaded from (iso code should be the same as you pasted during language creation) -> click on 'Upload file' button at the bottom
    That's it!

NOTE. These instructions are suitable for both 3.x and 4.x versions of the Subrion CMS.

Please ask in case you have any questions.

    Hello @jevitor ,

As I replied you in your ticket in our HelpDesk system, this problem is really strange as Transifex plugin works fine on our local and real servers.
Attached by you screenshots show that you did everything correctly. So I can't determine the reason of this issue without having access to your files of the Subrion CMS.

If you have this issue on real server (not on localhost due to the fact that we don't support localhost installations) please send us FTP details and we'll investigate this issue asap.

    Hi there,

I've got a question, trying to install german language file by following the above instruction for transifex. I've created an account at transifex, logged in and headed to the page from #3 of the instruction. Problem is, I cannot click any language file there, it just shows the translation status of all languages, no clickable link or download. What dis I miss?
