Unanswered support tickets?

    I have a number of helpdesk tickets, from 21st April onwards, which haven't been looked at yet?
    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Following upgrade to 4.1.4 none of my listings are visible.

    I have a modification that I paid for 4 months ago still waiting to be completed and none of my support tickets or messages are being answered!!!! It's beyond a joke at his stage... :mad:

    I have been lurking this forum for the past several months to try to paint a picture of what service level I can expect from these developers. My conclusion is that while they do have a good product, a company that fails to deliver on post-sales support poses too great a risk for businesses that wish to use their platform.

    This is rather unfortunate, as I had high hopes for Subrion.

    What are peoples current experiences of support - I'm not sure if my tickets are being looked at?
